The -http-proxy’ option forces the emulator to use HTTP proxy instead of UDP. In this screen, select Settings, and then select the ‘Custom HTTP proxy’ option. To do this, navigate to the Extended controls screen in the emulator. You can also configure the emulator to use a custom HTTP proxy. There are a couple of other solutions to this problem. That means that you’re not able to access any online content. Otherwise, the emulator will attempt to connect using an inactive, not-established network adapter. First, check that your Network adapter is not blocked by Windows Firewall. You’re experiencing problems connecting to the internet in your Android Emulator.
